Feeling Anxious? Start With These 3 Things
Anxiety can feel like your mind is stuck in the future… playing out every “what if” scenario. Here are 3 simple practices that can help bring you back to the present and create more peace in your day. 1. Move your body 🏃‍♂️ Anxiety is energy that often gets trapped in the body. Movement gives your body a way to release that built up tension. Challenge: Go for a 10 minute walk today. No phone. No podcast. Just walk, breathe, and be present with your surroundings. 2. Train your attention 🧠 Your mind will naturally look for problems to solve. The more you practice coming back to the present moment, the less control anxious thoughts have over you. Challenge: Set a timer for 5 minutes. Close your eyes and simply focus on your breath. Every time your mind wanders, gently bring it back. I love to do the 4 second inhale and 6 second exhale to drop Into a relaxed parasympathetic response 3. Change your relationship with your thoughts 💭 Not every thought deserves your energy. A thought is simply a thought, not a prediction of reality. Just watch it… see it for what it is… and let it float on by. Attachment is what makes it stay… observing allows it to go back to its rightful place Challenge: The next time anxiety shows up, ask yourself:“Is this actually happening right now… is it true…. Do u have to give this my power?.. or is my mind just doing what the mind sometimes does by creating a story about the future?” Small practices done consistently can completely change the way you experience life. You don’t need to eliminate every anxious thought. You just need to learn how to come back home to yourself, one moment at a time.

Great advice!
What's the ONE perspective shift that changed everything for you?
For most of my life, I was incredibly hard on myself. I was always comparing...Always feeling behind...Always thinking I needed to do more, be more, achieve more. Sound familiar? No matter what I accomplished, it never felt like enough... Then one day, something clicked. I realized we're ALL students of life....Not masters...Students. And students aren't supposed to have everything figured out. They're here to learn.. to make mistakes.. to grow.. to stumble.. to fall... and to get back up. The moment I stopped expecting perfection from myself and started treating life like a classroom, everything changed. I became more patient with myself... More compassionate...More willing to take risks...The pressure started to disappear. Because my job wasn't to have all the answers... My job was simply to keep learning. That one perspective shift changed my life FOREVER. I wanna hear from you guys What's one perspective shift that completely changed the way you see yourself or life? Drop it below. 👇 You never know whose life your answer might impact.

I just had drop in that my purpose in life is not found in something I do, but who I am. At my core. And living life fully from that. In all that I choose to do.
What Do You Want Most Out Of Life?
Seriously… What do you actually want? Not what sounds good...Not what other people told you to want... Not what looks impressive online. What do YOU truly want out of this life? More peace? Love? Freedom? Purpose? Confidence? Connection? Health? A relationship that actually feels safe?To feel fully alive again? Most people never slow down long enough to really ask themselves that question. And because of that…they spend years building a life they don’t even deeply want. So let’s simplify... this is the exact framework I use for all of my clients I work with in 1:1 coaching. STEP 1 — THE OUTCOME What is the outcome you truly want? Be specific. What are you trying to create in your life right now? Write it down. STEP 2 — THE LEVERAGE Why does this matter to you? And I mean REALLY matter. Because when the “why” is weak…people quit the moment life gets uncomfortable. But when the reason is deep enough…you keep going even on hard days. A powerful exercise: Close your eyes and imagine your life 5 years from now if nothing changes. If you keep procrastinating...Keep doubting yourself...Keep abandoning what you truly want. What would that feel like? Sometimes pain creates clarity.Sometimes that clarity creates change. Now flip it. Imagine who you become if you actually commit to yourself. STEP 3 — THE ACTION ITEMS Momentum changes people. Not overthinking. Not waiting. Not consuming more information. Action. What are 2–4 simple actions you can begin immediately? Examples: waking up earlier...daily walks...meditation...applying for opportunities...having hard conversations...going to the gym...journaling...reaching out for support Keep it simple...Keep it realistic...Keep it consistent. Now give each action a completion date. Goals without timelines usually stay dreams. STEP 4 — ACCOUNTABILITY Don’t do this alone. Bring someone into your process. A friend. A partner. A Coach. A Spouse... Someone who genuinely wants to see you win. Because it’s easy to let ourselves down. It’s harder to walk away from commitments when someone else is standing beside us.

This is question I've been contemplating on my 10 week solo travel trip. A month in Greece in the quiet will now give me the space and silence I need to sit with that question. Thank you for the advice.
A Few Ways to Find Presence Right Now
We don’t need a retreat... We don’t need a perfect morning routine... We don’t need to escape our lives. Presence is available… right here, right now... always Here are a few simple ways to step into it: 1. Go for a walk. No headphones.. No podcast..Just you and your steps... Feel your feet hit the ground. Notice the air. Let your body move... I recommend putting your feet in the earth too.. Mother earth has a beautiful way to ground us back into our body. 2. Get into nature...Sit by a tree. Watch the sky.. Listen to the wind..Nature doesn’t rush.. It reminds your nervous system that you don’t have to either... One of my favorite quotes in the Tao Te Ching is "Nature never forces, yet always accomplishes". 3. Play with your dog (or a child). They are masters of now and are perfect images of the kingdom.. No past.. No future. Just this moment...Let yourself drop into that with them and bring your little one inside of you out to play. 4. Take 5 slow breaths. In through your nose (filling up your belly)..Out through your mouth..Feel the inhale. Feel the release...Simple. Powerful. 5. Become the observer..This one changed everything for me. Notice your thoughts...Instead of saying, “I am stressed,” try…“I’m noticing a stressful thought.” Instead of being the mind, watch the mind. You are not the voice in your head. You are the one hearing it. When you step back and observe, something shifts. The energy moves. The thought passes. Space opens up. Presence isn’t something you force. It's something you allow. Try one of these today. Then come back and share what you noticed. We grow together here.

Remember… None of Us Really Have It Figured Out
You ever catch yourself thinking everyone else seems to have it all together… and you’re the only one just trying to make sense of it all? I know I have... most of my life. The more I discover about myself the more I discover about the world.. and what i've come to see (and i'm sticking to it) is that nobody really knows what they’re doing. We’re all just humans on this big spinning rock, figuring things out as we go. And the funny part of all of this is that the moment you think you’ve got it all figured out, life humbles you real quick and reminds you that you don’t. Every single time. So breathe. You can let go of trying to be perfect. You don’t need to have it all together all the time. None of us do.. and none of us ever will. One of my favorite saying is.. "When in doubt, zoom out." Remind yourself that we're ALL students of Earth. We’re here to learn, to grow, to stumble, to laugh, to unlearn the conditioning that told us we had to be something we’re not. We’re here to be real. To be human. To come home to ourselves. That's the work. Simple Practice (Try This Today): When you feel overwhelmed or like you’re “behind,” pause for 10 seconds.Take one deep breath and ask yourself.."If I zoomed out right now… would this still matter in 5 years?” Most times, the answer brings instant peace. It's never as serious as our minds make it out to be. We’re all in this together, learning, messing up, and getting back up again .. side by side. I am you and you are me. What’s one thing you’re learning to let go of trying to control right now? Drop it below... let’s grow through it together. The Healing Circle

Oh wow, that's a good one. I use the Stop, breathe, be pauses. And I love this question to add to it. Overwhelm is terrifying. It's rembering we have it within us to change the state we are in. We have Freedom to choose. It's remembering in the chaos.
