I was challenged...
By @Khent Lj 😅 We had a talent show post last week, no, two weeks ago? After seeing my video of me juggling three balls, Khent asked when I'll start to learn to juggle 4 balls. Welp, I wish I recorded from day 1, but not too long after that, I started practicing for a few minutes every other day or so... Today, I decided to start recording to track my progress. Little did I know what would happen today. *spoiler alert: it's not as exciting as you might think, but it was for me, haha

Practice makes perfect! This was impressive. Thanks for sharing the practice journey.
Lesson #6: The One Thing That Actually Makes You Happy 📚
Where does true joy come from? Harvard ran a study on happiness for 100 years. They followed 724 people from adolescence through their entire lives; tracking their health, careers, relationships, and overall happiness. The conclusion? Money didn't predict happiness. Fame didn't predict happiness. Success didn't predict happiness. Relationships did. The people who were happiest, healthiest, and most fulfilled weren't the richest or most successful ones. They were the ones who had deep, meaningful relationships. Not hundreds of shallow connections. Not LinkedIn networks. Real friendships. People who knew them. People who cared. This is why I built this community. This is why I encourage everyone to be present, on and off of skool. It's why I try and focus on the community just as much as the classroom. Yes, we're here to make money. Yes, we're here to scale. But at the core, we're here to build WITH people, not just around them. The wins matter. But the people you meet along the way matter more. So let me ask: How many people in this community do you actually KNOW beyond their profile? Think about it. Then DM one person you want to know better this week, or call them out here. You never know what will happen. Or tag someone in this community who's made a difference for you. Tell them why. Let them know they matter. Because at the end of the day, true joy doesn't come from the revenue. It comes from the relationships. (Click here to view a video of the study if you're interested, I thought it was very cool) I'll be spending as much time as I can today catching up on all the threads and reviewing skools

I've made amazing connections here.
Where I Disappear To, Why I Always Come Back, and What's Dropping Next Week
Outside of BBC, I run 5 other companies. Some automated, some not. This week was nonstop. Family, customers, meetings, building and scaling. You'll never hear me say I'm busy, or exhausted, or burnt out, because truly I love the thrill of it all. I've also found that I always come back here. And honestly, it's not even close. The conversations in this room are different. The energy is different. Helping people land clients, scale their skools, and launch products from Pandora's Box has been a joy I haven't felt in years. This room is rare. Business Builders Evolution has sparked an excitement in me I haven't felt in a long time. There's so many incredible and passionate people with world changing missions in this room and I'm just honored to be around it all. Most communities don't have this. I've been in enough to know. This weekend I'm catching up on every thread and DM. If you haven't dropped your community in the Hot Seat post yet, go do that. I'll get to it soon. I'll be sharing a lot of my learnings from my other companies in the coming weeks. The wins, the failures, the systems that work, the stories that birthed the ideas and more. If you're new, welcome. I will be personally welcoming every new member as I've always done. I'm dropping something brand new for this community next week. You'll be the first to know. 🎁 I'm looking forward to chatting with you all. Have a great weekend and see you in the threads! 🫶🏾🥂

Report Spam & Bots: Let’s Keep This Place Clean
If you see a spammer or bot, report them and I or my admins will kick them out to keep this community clean. Your help ensures that we keep this community protected and special. Let’s give these spammers and bots the 🥾👋! 🚨HOW TO REPORT: 1. Click the 3 dots next to the profile/post/comment and click report 🚨HOW TO IDENTIFY A BOT/SPAMMER 1. Weird or strange comments 2. Ask for WhatsApp number or dm 3. Simply says “hello how are you doing” 4. Promotes something strange or too good to be true Last night @Theresa Elliott , @Mindy Molein and a few more of you helped report a few spam comments here inside the community. This morning a bot joined and then changed their identity to impersonate me. I immediately banned the users and removed all of their previous posts. THIS HELPS A LOT. So please do what they did, help me protect this place! 🫶🏾

Is your business a vehicle or a job?
I've been reading that most people start a business to gain more freedom. However, I wonder about some who end up building a high-stress job where they are the only employee who can’t quit. 😫 So, here's a question 🤔 I came across: If you couldn't check your email or answer your phone for 30 days starting tomorrow, would your business grow, stay the same, or crumble? If you've got some time, explain your reasoning. 💬

It would become stagnant and require twice the effort to "bring back to life"
