Is your business a vehicle or a job?

I've been reading that most people start a business to gain more freedom. However, I wonder about some who end up building a high-stress job where they are the only employee who can’t quit. 😫

So, here's a question 🤔 I came across:

If you couldn't check your email or answer your phone for 30 days starting tomorrow, would your business grow, stay the same, or crumble? If you've got some time, explain your reasoning. 💬
