We have our own portfolio we are growing, but we cannot buy every deal, and our team is built to handle more.

Name: Devin Dias Hometown: Tuscaloosa, Alabama Real Estate Experience: I got interested in real estate around 2019 after diving into BiggerPockets and learning about house hacking and cash-on-cash returns. My first deal was a house hack I bought for $160,000 and sold about 14 months later for ~$205,000 after improvements like LVP flooring and kitchen updates, which really showed me the power of forced appreciation and market timing. I later purchased my current home below market value and completed a cash-out refinance in 2022 at a 2.625% rate. That move gave me long-term cheap leverage and positioned me well to reuse equity. Today, I have the ability to leverage a HELOC along with hard money lenders to pursue additional real estate investment opportunities. Real Estate Goals: Short term: Complete a strong local fix-and-flip, BRRRR and redeploy the profits efficiently. Mid-term: Pay cash for buy-and-hold rentals to create durable monthly cash flow without excessive leverage. Long term: Develop portions of my 30 acres into income-producing assets (mobile homes, RV hookups, or small residential development) while keeping flexibility for future personal use.
