Been probably 6 plus years since I have been able to wear an xl tshirt instead of a 2 xl , and went from a 38 to a 36 pant size . Still have a long way to go but a win is a win .

Hey brothers asking for prayers as you all know my mom passed a couple of weeks ago. The celebration of life is tomorrow. Just being honest with you brothers. I was doing pretty good but now this is coming up. It’s kicking my ass again. Not the drinking or anything just the stuff. Thanks for everything.
