Gain Muscle Strength in Keto
Hey warriors, I’m curious to hear from anyone successfully gaining weight and muscle mass while keeping their GKI (Glucose Ketone Index) under 2.0. Any tips? Also, I can’t engage in intense exercise, so would appreciate advice on low-intensity strategies for building muscle

GKI below 2.0 but Blood sugar in 90mg/dl range
I am helping my father with colorectal cancer. Using Berberine and Metformin to keep Blood sugar in check. My blood sugar in fasting and fed state still remains near 85-95 mg/dl (4.8-5.2 mmol/l) and the ketons are steady between 2.8-3.5 mg/dl. Effectivly having a gki below 2. But is it enough to have good gki but relativly bit high blood sugar. Would love to hear from the community
