I need advice
Has anyone here ever had to cancel a deal that wasn’t moving? I’m having trouble finding buyers and recently renegotiated with the seller for a lower price but have less than 20 days to find an end buyer. Any advice helps

Hi Darius. I suggest that you try and find some companies that specialize in investing in fire damaged homes. I almost made an offer on a fire damaged property and that's what I was doing before I made the offer. Hopefully, this helps.
