This community in skool will be focused on overall health, fitness, nutrition, accountability, working together to achieve goals. I don’t want you to feel like you have to “earn” gifts. Although there will be some friendly challenges ;) I TRULY believe that supplementing the nutrients that I wasn’t getting from my diet IN ADDITION to following my fitness/nutrition plan was the missing piece that finally connected everything.. my physique, my energy levels, my recovery, sleep, EVERYTHING. I have enjoyed adding sauna in daily after my workouts for 20 mins! On creatine I heard you need to take 10 g a day is this true? I have only been doing one scoop
