Day 1 and 2?
OK, I thought I knew what I was supposed to do, but I now have a question: 1. I completed Day 1, at least I thought I did, but I did not see anything about a Mt. Everest goal? 2. Day 2 - is there a post in here where we obtain the prompt? @Urania Smith or @Adrian Miller
The 5 Days to Clarity Challenge Starts Today!
Welcome to Day 1, Clarity Crew 👋🏽 This isn’t just a challenge — it’s the beginning of a system that helps you move through life with less overwhelm, more momentum, and real self-leadership. Clarity isn’t just in your mind — it lives in how you: - Think 🧠 - Feel 💭 - Decide 🧭 - Act 🔥 - Recover 🌀 And this week, we’re going to map it all. 🎯 Today’s Mission: Register for the challenge (If you haven't already): https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/MJupxhm1Sf6AmcytE7C6iw Get your Clarity Challenge OS Agent → Look for that to be posted and pinned in Skool an hour before the challenge, 5 CST (NOT A ZOOM CALL. JUST COME IN THIS SKOOL COMMUNITY TO GET YOUR AGENT). ✅ Start with the Human Clarity Map Lite Agent → (Inside the Clarity Challenge OS) Once you have your agent it will ask you questions to get to know how you think, get stuck, and lead yourself. Give yourself 15-20 minutes to answer questions and to get your results. (Optional) Post your results under the Human Clarity Map Lite Agent post. 🧭 Then get ready for our first focus agent drop: The Clarity Comb — coming at 6 PM CST. Drop a 🔥 if you’re in. Also, answer the anchor question's comments below. On a scale of 1–5, how confident do you feel in your ability to steer your time, energy, and focus toward what matters most this week? 1 = Not confident at all — I mostly react to what comes at me 5 = Very confident — I feel clear, in control, and supported

Well.... apparently, besides having ADHD, I also have some OCD.... I had to create a "full spectrum" from 1 to 5. On the scale below, I run at a 2 (Low Confidence). Confidence Scale: Steering Time, Energy & Focus 1 – Not Confident at All“I feel like I’m mostly reacting to whatever comes at me. My priorities get pushed aside because urgent or unexpected things take over. At the end of the day, I don’t feel in control of how my time and energy are spent.” 2 – Low Confidence“I have a sense of what matters, but I struggle to give it consistent attention. Most of my week feels scattered, and I often end up in reaction mode. I want to create more structure, but right now it’s hard to stick to it.” 3 – Moderate Confidence“I have some systems or routines that help me focus, but I’m not always consistent. Some days I manage my time well, and other days I get pulled off course by distractions or shifting priorities. I’m working toward more balance and consistency.” 4 – Fairly Confident“I usually know what matters and can keep my focus there most of the time. While unexpected things still pop up, I’m able to adjust and stay on track. I feel mostly in control and supported, even if I’m not perfect.” 5 – Very Confident“I feel clear on my priorities and intentional about how I use my time and energy. I have strong systems or habits that help me stay focused, even when things get busy. I feel in control, supported, and aligned with what matters most.”

@Urania Smith happy to hear you have had the improvements in the last few months.
Day 1. The Clarity Comb Agent Reflection Post
To unlock the day two Clarity Comb Agent by entering the prompt, “Here’s a messy brain dump. Organize it into: Thoughts, Next Steps, Blockers.” Follow the note cards in this post. Write your reflection below:

Brain Dump was from some notes on paper and some in my head and..... just the simple fact that I could turn on Chat GPT microphone and speak to it and then it could provide me some detailed output in a better order, even by dates that I put in was relieving, oddly enough. As I read through it, I can see that IF you have a system that knows you and learns you and wants you to succeed, it will start to make life easier. Day 0 - 1 Challenge has been great so far. 💪
Day 0 Baseline..... Let the Challenge Begin - Let's Go 💪
🎯 Your Mini Scorecard (Day 0 Baseline) Based on your answers, here’s a plain-language summary (scores interpreted by the Reporting Agent): Strengths: You already distinguish urgent vs. important tasks (clarity anchor). You’re using some tools or automations effectively. Friction Points: Daily review and planning routines are missing, leaving you reactive. Energy management and follow-through on high-priority tasks feel shaky. Overwhelm is high — several answers signaled a lack of systems and low control. Overall baseline: You’re starting in a place of awareness over clarity — which is exactly what Day 0 is about: turning overwhelm → awareness. ✅ Micro-Win Action (for today) Tonight, set a 5-minute timer and jot down: One win from today. One top priority for tomorrow. That’s it — this tiny review ritual is your starter habit.

Extremely helpful for both business and life. However, having an ADHD assistant to help me grow and succeed is something I am truly interested in. 🧠

@Urania Smith I'm just now allowing myself to be OK that I do have ADHD. Not that it is a bad or negative association, it's just coming to grips with the way I am is due to the neurodivergence. It is working pretty darn hard to slow me down and complicate things.... but I will find a way. I'm excited to understand more how AI can help me out with these issues.
