@KoolJoe Elevation I’m sure it is. I’ve went a couple days before just never a full week or so. I’m committed to it so I’m definitely gonna see it thru & see how far I can go. I’m familiar with a few different natural alternatives just never given them a try.

Learning to trust myself & listen to myself and getting out of my own way. Most of my errors came from me blowing past all the red flags that I even had acknowledged that were there
