I seen this happen a lot, especially for folks who are naturally sensitive or energetically open. Happens to me sometimes. Sometimes it’s not about what a person shows on the outside, but really what they’re actually carrying underneath the surface. Smiles can be masks, energy can’t tho. You might have tapped into that hidden energy, or your field might’ve reacted to something they haven’t dealt with yet. That doesn’t automatically make them an “energy vampire,” but it does mean your awareness is sharp. but they actually may be a vampire too. Some people are a drain and don't even realize it. When your mood shifts that fast, it’s usually because either you picked up something in their aura that didn’t match their presentation or your energy wasn’t fully shielded in that moment, so their frequency slipped in. Gotta have your protections up, especially at work Either way, it’s real. A quick reset (breathwork, shake-off, grounding, dry bathing, sunlight, whatever works for you) usually clears it. sometimes it’s just energetic hygiene and cleansing. If it keeps happening with that one person tho, then there may be a deeper issue that needs to be unearthed..
