I know things have been a little quiet and that's on me Setting out at the start of the year to do more, to be more, to add more value... And then a whirlwind hits and I've been non-stop building the AI Agents for clients (which is a good thing!). But here's where it's led me. After building over 25 different agents for clients I decided it was time to take a step back and figure out an easier way. And for the past month or so I've been building in the background an internal platform that helps me take the setup time from 6+ hours to 1 hour. The platform has multiple parts to it and I'm now ready to start talking about it. Here's a summary: Demo functionality (create your DBR, Speed to Lead or Reputation demo in a few simple steps and have REAL conversations with AI using the prompts I'm using with clients) Streamlined setup of DBR, Speed to Lead, Reputation and Voice AI agents in GHL for every subaccount Configure the business details, use existing prompt templates, edit the ones you need and then have test conversations Automated testing package so you can create personas like "short responses" or "asks lots of questions" to see how the AI handles the flow and the main prompt you give it Ability to create prompt templates you can quickly and easily re-use across different clients Conversation analysis that flags conversations that don't meet an objective (like sending a booking link or confirming a callback) A reporting package you can use to provide performance reports to clients Which leads me to the big question - where are you in your Agency journey currently and would this type of platform and tool help you take the next step (whether that's doing demos or streamlining your setup process so you can serve more clients)? I've been a bit quiet lately... Building things.. (because I've always been a builder) Client campaigns..(with some great results!) And that's meant I haven't been on Skool as much. Plus...I travelled back to the UK to spend the Christmas holidays with family. So this message today serves two purposes... The first is to wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas And the second is to say that from the new year I plan to up my game here in the group With more content, more opportunities and for those who are serious, a path to become more skilled at the automations and agency structures that will help you grow to a 6- or 7-figure business. From all the conversations I've had with potential clients and partners there's one thing that's stood out to me. Understanding. When we truly understand their business it becomes easier to sell When we truly understand our business (automations/agency etc) it becomes easier to explain it When we truly understand the how and why it becomes easier to build and manage the client projects That's what I want to give you more of from the new year, so you can kick ass and grow your business.
