I have a collections on my report it says it went into collections on 06/13/2022. Last payment made 10/13/2023. No way I had a acount in collections on that date and I never paid a collection agency. Sent 2 dispute letters but they haven't changed anything. I never recieved anything from this company.

I'am doing security freezes on the Phantom" Credit Bureaus. There is only 4 now? since Lexis Nexis and Sage Stream merged. MicroBilt, Innovis, Lexis Nexis and Core Logic. Is that correct? And do I wait for them to notify me before I put a freeze on the 3 major bureaus. Thank you for your Help.
