I have lipedema and currently use GLP2 and wondering which other peptides might be best to stack with the tirz to help with the lipedema

So I have been taking a break from glp2 but wanted to have some appetite suppression. I’ve been testing cag and using what I believe to be a 2.4 mg dose. I’m not really getting that suppressive feeling. Is the 2.4 mg the max dose? Kinda missing ALL the benefits of that glp2.

Had someone reach out in Nebraska and they don’t allow purchasing of syringes through Amazon. I know Massachusetts and I think California is the same way. Can anyone provide Alternative sources for sryinges?.
