Bio: Just had recent back surgery, put on a few extra lbs, never really been the weight I’d like to be so this is me taking action and losing the belly!!

Hi I’m 66 years young , and mostly lead an active life . I eat healthy but still can’t shift this mid weight, hence why I’m giving this a go .
