🧁 SHOW ME YOUR TWO.
I want to see TWO things from you today. Picture #1: THE ONE YOU’RE MOST PROUD OF. I don't care if you made it yesterday or 12 years ago. Maybe it was technically perfect. Maybe it was the first thing you ever sold. Maybe you tried something way outside your comfort zone and actually pulled it off. Whatever your reason is—show me the baked item you've made that makes you think, “Yep. I did THAT.” Then... Picture #2: THE ONE YOU LOVE. Not your bestseller. Not the prettiest thing you've ever made. Not what your customers ask for. What do YOU love to eat? What's the thing you'll make even when nobody is paying you to make it? The dessert you'll make for your own birthday, hide the last piece of, or stand at the kitchen counter eating straight out of the pan? 😂 Drop both pictures in the comments and tell us which is which: 🏆 MOST PROUD OF: ❤️ MY FAVORITE: I have a feeling these are going to be two VERY different desserts for some of us. 😂 And I can't wait to see them. P.S. There is no skill-level requirement here. If the thing you're most proud of is the first batch of cookies you made that didn't spread into one giant cookie—I want to see those cookies. ❤️

Starpucks ordering is fixed!
Anyone else have a love/hate relationship with technology? Starpucks is live again and everything is there. I have no idea why it all disappeared but it's there now!

@Jennifer Naylor Dang lady, that's awesome. I am now feeling old as my kids are so much more tech savvy than I am. I need a website for my business, its frustrating that I don't know how to do it myself lol

@Jennifer Naylor I've heard about bakesy, but not hot plate. I'll look into them both. Thank you.. :)

I really am just like y’all. I doubt myself too. I can build something, feel really good about it, and then that little voice creeps in… Is this actually helpful? Are people going to get what I’m trying to do here? Am I giving them what they actually need? I think when you care about what you're creating, there's always going to be a little bit of that. And then I woke up to this. ❤️ Bakers Insider hasn’t even been open four full days yet, and seeing someone say that what I’ve built is “well worth getting from someone who has been there, done that” genuinely meant a lot to me. Because THAT is what I’m trying to build here. Not a place where I pretend to know everything. A place where I can take what I've learned from actually doing this—the things that worked, the things that absolutely did not 😂, the ideas, recipes, systems, marketing, and lessons—and make the road a little easier for the baker coming behind me. So thank you, Lori. You gave me a pretty great reminder this morning that maybe I should tell that little voice in my head to hush. 😂❤️ And since we’re only a few days in, I want to hear from you too. What have you found inside Bakers Insider so far that made you think, “Okay, THAT was worth joining for”? It can be something tiny. A recipe, an idea, something you learned, something you immediately put into action—I want to know.

I need all the help I can get. I don't want to reinvent the wheel, I know there are others that have forged a path I would like to walk. :) Not copy, just learn from. :) I am a retired 911 dispatcher so this baking, marketing and selling thing is VERY NEW for me!! Plus I can't wait to meet some amazing ladies!
SEPTEMBER CONTENT RESET 🍂
Okay, we’re already a week into September… and maybe your bakery content has been a little nonexistent. That’s okay. We’re not starting over. We’re starting NOW. I put together a September Content Reset to take some of the “What the heck am I supposed to post today?” off your plate. Each week gives you a mix of: 💡 Tips — give your audience something useful 🧁 Product — remind people what you actually sell 💬 Engage — get your audience talking 👀 BTS — let them see the person and process behind the bakery 💰 Sell — actually ask for the order ⭐ Social Proof — let your customers help sell for you 📚 Educate — help customers understand your products and their value And no, this does not mean you HAVE to post seven days a week. Use all seven. Pick four. Pick three. Pick two on the same day! The goal is simply to stop staring at Facebook thinking “I have no idea what to post” and start showing up with a little more intention. I’ll be dropping the rest of September here so we can finish the month strong together. 💜 Let’s reset. September isn’t over yet.

And this is just the starting library. New Insider Drops will continue to be added. 🍂 FALL VIBES 2026 À la carte value: $19 A 30-day fall selling plan designed to help you actually sell the season, instead of just adding pumpkin and apple to your menu and hoping people order. Inside you'll find daily selling and promotional ideas, seasonal product inspiration, marketing strategies, content ideas and a plan for turning fall into actual bakery sales. The problem it solves: “I know fall should be a great sales season...but what am I supposed to sell and post every day?” 🔮 THE SPELLBOUND COLLECTION À la carte value: $37 A complete, ready-to-sell specialty cookie collection featuring four fully developed flavors: Midnight Margarita, Amas Veritas, The Curse and The Aunts. You're getting the recipes, flavor modifications, fillings, toppings, finishing instructions, tested bake times and weights, multiple product formats, packaging ideas, customer-facing materials, marketing assets and the strategy for turning four cookies into a premium cookie flight experience. The problem it solves: “I want those creative, show-stopping products people get excited about, but I don't have the time or money to develop and test an entire collection myself.” 🤎 THE BOUJIE BIG FAT STREUSEL À la carte value: $27 This is WAY more than a streusel recipe. You're getting the complete Big Fat Streusel dry mix formula plus the system for turning it into a sellable retail product in your bakery. That includes flavor modifications, packaging and portion guidance, customer use ideas, recipe/instruction card concepts, merchandising ideas and strategies for increasing the perceived value of something you can batch and package ahead of time. The problem it solves: “How can I add another revenue stream without adding another labor-intensive baked product to my workload?”
