I wanted to share a short update with the community and explain the thinking behind some of the recent changes (please watch the video for more whenever you can). This journey has been a progression and I think it is important to show the process not just the result. Whenever I was working with Eric (my mentor that I mentioned in the video), I remember watching him more than anything, and I believe I’ve learned more from seeing and being around more than anything. Observing what works and what doesn’t, learning from other people’s experiences, that’s what life is all about. I think if there’s one thing that I learned the most in these past 6 months since I left my business, it's about myself, my why, and where I want my energy and passion to go from the days where I wondered to having full clarity now. And I hope you can say the same about you this year. MOST IMPORTANTLY 🙏🏽: You guys helped me get here today, and that's the best part of networking. I also spend some time talking about you in the video. The people already in this community, and why this change actually reflects who is already here. All topics so far in this community have been relevant to leadership 😎 If you have been following along or building something of your own, this will resonate with you.
