Today is day 3 of tracking - you're almost there! ☕ Now here's where it gets good - I built a custom analysis tool specifically for this challenge. Here's how it works: 1. Paste in your goals – business, personal, family, home, whatever matters to you! 2. Paste in your 3-day time log (messy notes totally fine) 3. Hit analyze And it will show you: → Where your time actually went (broken down by category) → How aligned your days were with your actual goals (with a score) → The patterns and pinch points worth noticing → Small, doable shifts to explore — mapped to our Cold Coffee Club pillars Remember - this isn't about heaping guilt on ourselves! The to-do list that lied to you
Can I ask you something a little uncomfortable? How often does your to-do list ACTUALLY reflect what your day really looked like? Like... you planned to batch content, respond to DMs, and finally finish that offer outline. But what actually happened was: → A kid needed something → You remembered an email you forgot to send → You went down a rabbit hole fixing something that wasn't on the list → Somehow it's 3pm and you've eaten crackers for lunch The to-do list isn't lying because you're bad at planning. It's lying because it was never designed to account for your actual life. Something's coming to the community next week that I think is going to shift how you look at your days entirely. 👀 Not more planning. The opposite, actually. Stay tuned. ☕

Can I tell you something I genuinely believe? 👉 You are doing so much more than you think you are. 👈 The school runs... The emails... The client work squeezed into a 45-minute window... The mental load that never actually turns off. The things you do every single day that never make it onto a to-do list because they just... happen. You are not doing nothing. You are doing E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G! But here's the question worth sitting with: Is everything you're doing actually moving you toward what you want? 🤔 Because sometimes we're pouring energy into things that feel productive but aren't really getting us anywhere. Sometimes we're quietly avoiding the one thing we know would make the biggest difference. And sometimes we just can't see it – because we're too busy LIVING it. That's what The Rewind Challenge is for! On Monday March 16th, The Rewind Challenge will go live in the group. It's a 3-day productivity challenge – but we're doing things a bit differently (because of course we are 😉). The goal isn't to add more to your plate. To actually see your plate – maybe for the first time – and figure out what belongs there and what you've just been carrying out of habit, obligation, or avoidance. I promise, by Wednesday next week, you'll be looking at your days completely differently. Kicks off Monday 3/16. Free for all members for the week, then it goes in the Premium vault.
