Welcome to Savage Fathers Club - Introduce yourself below 👇🏼
Welcome! If you’re here, it’s because something inside you refuses to settle. This community is for men who are hungry to level up physically, mentally, emotionally, and as leaders in their homes. Men who want to be stronger, leaner, more disciplined… not just for themselves, but for their families, their children, and the people who look to them for direction. Before anything else, please introduce yourself in the comments below. Share your name, where you’re from, what you’re working toward - your fitness goals and if you want feel free to share a personal goal as well, something that matters to you on a deeper level. This group is being built on accountability, honesty, and brotherly love. Every man here is moving forward, and I’m here to lead and support you in carving out the strongest version of yourself. Welcome to the team. Let’s do this! 🦈

Hi @Shark Grebeniuk. My name is Denis, I live in Bulgaria. I have a 9-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter, and I train them in running, pull-ups, push-ups, and lunges. My son already does 10 pull-ups at 9 years old. I have two problems: to gain muscle mass and to get rid of a sticking-out belly. I also want to learn how not to burn out from training. I am quite skinny myself (187 cm tall and 75 kg in weight). I have been free from bad habits for more than 12 years and I am 100% vegan in my diet. I did boxing for a couple of years, have been practicing yoga for about 10 years, and calisthenics for about 6 months. I wrote this with GPT :) because I don’t know English at that level.
