Hey everyone! I'm Demetrius. Glad to be here. I've built my dispatch website, but I'm currently stuck on the automation side of the business. My goal is to build a highly automated dispatch operation using AI, workflows, and systems so the business can scale efficiently. I know the vision is ambitious, but I'm taking it one step at a time. Build some credibility first by engaging with the community, asking good questions, and helping where you can. Once people recognize your name and see you're serious, they'll be much more receptive to hearing the larger vision—and you may even find collaborators who want to help build it.
