New Discovery Cover! Who dis?
Hi Tribers! I spend soooo much time in Canva working on our new cover for discovery. The old one (the current) has colors clashing and too much unnecessary and way too small writing on it. Agree?? Do you like this one? I feel that it’s more fitting than the current one! Let me know your thoughts Thank you ❤️

✨🌟Daily Tribe Gathering🌟✨ expressiveness
Hi Tribers! In today’s quickie theory drop I wanted to share my personal favorite thing to prioritize when I play, teach, learn or listen music! 🌟Music is an international language that everyone understands and it speaks directly to your soul! The expressiveness of your playing is called DYNAMICS. 🌟 To me, this is the most important (and my favorite!!! As I mentioned above) thing when it comes to playing, teaching or/and learning music. ❤️Dynamics express to the musician how loud to play the music. We can think of dynamics as a kind of scale, with many intermediate steps between very loud and very soft. The names of these steps all use either forte or piano, meaning loud and soft… but there are many many many more! Will go over those later. Try pressing a key to produce softer sound and then try the same key with louder sound. Try playing an entire song or an entire part of a song - soft. Then loud! Softer sounds are produced by pressing the keys slower down and louder - by pressing the keys faster - all the way down, with more weight. See if you can consciously control the volume within your song. 😉This is way harder to feel on a digital keyboard than on an acoustic piano for sure! Sorry… 😞

@Rositsa Aleksandrova couldn't agree more. I teach language and I always tell my students that more than half of it is tone of voice...
