What's Cooking on this lovely Friday
Sun has finally graced us in Portugal, people are out and about.. So this is Garlic Naan bread made from the Dough video, plus Chicken Tikka with lemon fragrant rice... one of my favourite cuisines to cook.

Last night my husband made pizza using a flatbread he had bought. It doesn’t look beautiful but it was really delicious. Not as delicious as when you make it with real pizza dough BUT… his tomato sauce was DELICIOUS and the capers, olives, anchovies and garlic oil made it a great quick meal. (We have a tradition of eating pizza on Friday nights and I usually make the dough but yesterday I hadn’t done it.)

So what's baking..
So still recovering since Christmas.. but I love eating so I decided to bake 2 orange loaves, funny thing is Laura does not like sweet things or cakes, unless it is chocolate... so I have to eat all of it myself
