But now im here and ready to be 100% real estate!!! Currently reading The Book on Negotiating Real Estate. If you have any other helpful books plz share. I picked my market this week and started making calls. I haven’t reached my daily goal of 50 per day but next week i definitely will. I was so shocked that my 4th call went really well. I don’t think she is ready now but hopefully through following up she will be one of my firsts. Always make sure you keep your mental enact. Join a community that resonates with you. Everyone will go through slow days and days of repeticious boredom. When you're starting out, let alone doing the least popular or favorite part of the business, that's when you may learn a lot. Don't think you have to be perfect. There's always room for growth and improvement in this business
