But now im here and ready to be 100% real estate!!! Currently reading The Book on Negotiating Real Estate. If you have any other helpful books plz share. I picked my market this week and started making calls. I haven’t reached my daily goal of 50 per day but next week i definitely will. I was so shocked that my 4th call went really well. I don’t think she is ready now but hopefully through following up she will be one of my firsts. Also, my husband is a licensed broker in NW Indiana, i definitely plan on using him to my advantage and if anybody else wants to let me know!! Good luck everyone!!! & pray for me pleasseee 🫶🏿🫶🏿

hey everyone, my name is sage I’m a new member to the community , and I’m looking forward to learning and grinding to make 25-50k a month wholesaling land/andor homes … I first found out about whole salting land and been working on trying to get my first deal on that but it’s so hard to get buyers that’s is still buying alot of people told me to get back to them 6 + months and a lot of people would seem like they want me to send addresses and it just seemed like they were going to just leave me out the picture and go and buy the property on there own 🤦🏾‍♂️ and then I ran into alot of sellers backing out and not going through with the sale once I get to the point of sending the contract to them they deff weren’t motivated enough to sell I’m learning and I’m willing to put the work in to grow 15 more likes and I’m level 3 can you guys help me out 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Hey beautiful people! Today was rough on the phones and on my mental! Idk if my list is just trash or my skip tracing is bad 😩 sooooooo many bad numbers, no answers and just flat out NOs! Feeling a little discouraged after that but im wondering how you guys work through this? Do you think the list is just bad or is it normal to have that many bad numbers or no answers? Also, im following Tadi’s advice on 50-100 calls + 2 hours a day, are we counting the no answers as calls? Lastly nobody leaves their names on voicemails anymore so should i still be leaving voicemails if i dont even know if its the person im looking for 😩 #Prayforme
