The Year You Graduate - Yes/No/Maybe?
Okay - here is one I thought of overnight: Assuming you list your education or training on your resume, do you put your YEAR of graduations/certifications/degrees (high school, trainings, trade schools, college or anything else) on your resume? Why or why not? (I am trying the POLL feature on this one!)

@Lorenzo Marchessi In conversation, I would redirect. "When did you graduate?" Something along the lines of "What is more relevant than my graduation date is how I have put my degree into practice." Then go into the appropriate "how" for you and your degree. If they persist, I would get curious "I'm happy to provide context, can you tell me what you are hoping to understand from my graduation date?"
