Shout out to Reflexologists in our Tribe!
OK, as this group in not just about essential oils, to all you 'toe twiddlers' out there..... 1. What is the best thing you ever learnt during your Reflexology training that blew your mind? 2. What would you like to learn more about that would enhance your Rx treatments? 3. Are you just a thumb and index finger twiddler, or were you trained to use all 10 tools? 4. Like and comment below to get some points, and I'll also add something in Classroom that I will give you immediate access to, which will also give you extra 'points' 😊

Best thing I ever did was your cranial nerve CPD course! Absolutely transformed my reflexology treatments. 🫶🏻👣
Your Signature Fragrance
If people were to describe your signature Fragrance (what you almost constantly wear), what would it be? For me, I am always wearing something woodsy or woodsy-citrus or woodsy-spice. Typically, my 3 go-to oils that I use in a jojoba base as a body oil, in my aroma pendant, etc are Australian Sandalwood (Santalum spicatum), Cedarwood Atlas (Cedrus atlantica), and a tiny bit of Pinyon Pine (Pinus edulis). During the day, I like to lighten this up by adding a citrus, usually either mandarin, sweet orange, yuzu, or bergamot. At night, I either just wear this base 3 or add in a tiny bit of spice such as nutmeg, clove, cardamom, or black pepper. So what is your go-to fragrance? I am especially interested in Natural Fragrance formulations for Men.

Yes I wear an aroma locket (not loaded when I’m working) and I sell them. A great way for clients to be able to personally inhale a blend throughout their day. I’d have to say my ‘signature scent’ would be rose as I’ve worn it as a perfume for years and it was my wedding scent. I now blend bespoke perfumes with signature scent for clients. Definitely better than chemical laden high street perfumes.
Which therapy do you find most effective for managing hot flushes and why?
I’m often asked this question and I do have a couple of answers depending on time of day as in my experience night sweats are somewhat different to the bright red daytime flush. My nighttime go to is a hydrosol spritz containing adaptogenic hydrosols such as geranium and lavender with a touch of peppermint for physical cooling. For daytime I think it’s hard to beat reflexology. So what’s your go to, either for yourself or your clients?

@Jane Lawson yes I use sage H2O and several of my clients do. It has worked great for several of us and is so very gentle. X
