I don’t think people realize how exhausting thinking can actually be. Especially people working from home, running businesses, leading teams, parenting, constantly making decisions all day long. Mental exhaustion is real. I honestly think some people are tired from carrying too much mentally… not physically. Does anyone else feel this?

This morning I was realizing the low vibe side of modern business. I started the day disposing of the 25 spam e-mails from over night. Next, I moved to my cell phone to engage the many clicks to block and delete the half dozen spam voice mails and texts. That task was interrupted buy a call from a phone solicitor on my land line. There are sometimes door knockers and junk mail too. That then got me to thinking about the scammers and spammers online, here at skool and other places. Ones who repeat the same comment. Ones who spam up old content for self exposure before selling starts. People who just want to earn access to DM's to do business. The list of approaches is almost endless. Here's the thing. Such people can hardly be "high vibe people." They would contend that they are "offering opportunities", but that is a gaslight. For every person "offered an opportunity" 25, 50, maybe 100 or more are annoyed, interrupted, or inconvenienced. No person walking a higher path would work a job selfishly inconveniencing so many just to make a sale, much less perpetrate a scam. In today's business world there are self centered huxters knocking on the door of every avenue of communication.

Does anyone do it? Or any energy arts? I'm getting into it and it is resonating soo much!!
