When things don't go right
Our dear friend, Cherie, bless her good heart. Folded the laundry for me yesterday, with having the 2 little ones now, things get put aside, "I'll get to that later" So I'm pretty pedantic about the way I fold things and how they are placed in the linen cupboard. I opened the door last night and nearly had a heart attack!

Not quite how you would do it, lol? That's always a tough one for me as I like things done in a certain way too. I'm often at war with myself about fixing things so they are right, or remembering to appreciate that at least something more is done than I would have got done by myself. πŸ«£πŸ˜πŸ€£πŸ˜‡

@Julie Jones that layout makes sense to me. πŸ₯³
Staying consistent
What are you working on at the moment? This has to be one of the things I struggle most with. I love having the idea, getting started, and pouring all my energy into the project. But after a few weeks, when its time to just keep repeating all the processes, then my energy dies, and I just can't seem to make myself move. Till the next burst of energy hits... I'm in a "do things" phase with working with my pony at the moment, so adding a clip here so I remember. Working on leading from a distance and transitions up and down. Just a snippet from a recent morning.

March fly attack
They are out early this year attacking the horses and Ekky came in for evening hay with about 7-8 of them attacking him. Thankfully we have the history that he knows I'll chase them up and kill them for him if he stands still, not taking offence when I slap to get them. I was trying out my new wearable camera. It's not super high quality, but pretty happy with how much it captured.

@Aimz Burgo wasn't sure how it would go. It's one of those little ones that have the magnets on a lanyard. My first couple of short test videos with it up high was pointed at the sky. So I ended up with it at my waist with the magnet inside my shirt to try and give some stability. I kind of like how it turned out.
Storm Aftermath
The recent storms here in SEQ have left a trail of destruction. This is just on of the trees in our paddocks that looks like someone went through and just snapped the trees off. Sort of like you might snap off a piece of grass, or a small weed. And just 'cause he's pretty, here's also Midget. Couldn't stand still long enough to wait for me to take a pic, lol.

@Julie Jones yes the flies are starting to get bad.
Musings on a Monday morning
I wonder how many people grew up thinking they had something wrong with them because they couldn't quite get things together, but were mostly functional enough that it seemed to just be a behavioural flaw? If only they would try hard enough, have enough discipline, stop wasting time, then they would be organised, successful and fit in...

@Julie Jones being rejected at home by your dad on top of the school environment would have been a double dose of RSD. For me finding out about RSD and my AuADHD has really helped me understand so much of what's going on. Doesn't always make it easier, but it does help take away a lot of beating myself up for the things I struggle with. This was the original post I saw on RSD that led me down this path. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/16Ma9gtSx2/ This was a more recent post that describes so much about my constant inner dilemma. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1FunT6qa69/
