LIVE IMPLEMENTATION CLINIC
The Audit Is Not the Finish Line Saturday, 5 September 2026 Time: 7:00 pm UK Time Location: Live on Zoom Join here: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/86156089568?pwd=rMwbvLr5I4SUX83anmouTXpXmA6gKB.1 Our first CareLaunch Community Implementation Clinic will focus on Module 1 of Audit to Action™. During this practical session, we will take one completed audit and work through the five management questions that should follow every audit: 1. What did we find? 2. Why does it matter? 3. What needs to happen now? 4. How will we know it happened and worked? 5. Who needs to know, and when will we review it I will demonstrate the process using a fictional, anonymised staff-supervision audit and a completed Audit Handover Snapshot. You are welcome to bring one of your own completed audits, but you do not need to have an audit to participate. Everyone will be able to work with the shared CareLaunch case study. What to bring ✅ One completed, appropriately anonymised audit, if you have one ✅ Your Audit Handover Snapshot ✅ The downloadable clinic case study if you do not have an audit ✅ A notebook or digital document for recording your decisions ✅ One question you would like us to explore Please remove all names and identifying information before the session. Do not screen-share live care records, staff files, medication records or other confidential documents. The session will be recorded for learning purposes. Please keep anything shared verbally, in the Zoom chat or on screen appropriately anonymised. If an audit has identified an immediate risk, suspected abuse or neglect, unsafe care, a serious medication concern or another urgent matter, do not wait for the clinic. Follow the appropriate operational and escalation procedures without delay. Please comment ATTENDING below if you plan to join us. I look forward to working through this with you. Welcome to CareLaunch Community
I am delighted to welcome you to a practical support community created for care providers, aspiring providers, owners, nominated individuals and registered managers. Whether you are: ✅ Preparing to register your care service ✅ Newly registered and wondering what happens next ✅ Developing or reviewing your policies and documentation ✅ Trying to turn audit findings into meaningful improvements ✅ Preparing for a CQC inspection ✅ Responding to compliance concerns ✅ Strengthening your service’s governance and management oversight —you are in the right place. CareLaunch Community is here to help you move from registration to confident governance through practical learning, useful templates, expert guidance and conversations with people who understand the realities of running a regulated care service. This will not be a community where resources simply sit in a folder. We will focus on helping you understand what good practice looks like, apply it to your service and demonstrate the evidence behind it. Please introduce yourself below and tell us: 1. Your name and role 2. The type of care service you operate—or hope to start 3. Where you are on your journey 4. The biggest question or challenge you would like the community to help you address Your answers will also help me prioritise the first lessons, resources and live support sessions. Welcome to CareLaunch Community. I am genuinely pleased that you are here. Mutiat Adebowale Founder, CareLaunch UK From Registration to Confident Governance
