didn’t do a thing except for myself. shaved my legs and did a mani and small pedi. LOL! Also did some word puzzles on line.

cleaned off my car. i had to do it in 2 trips My hands were ready to break the first time. It was a work out, i hadn’t cleaned it at all since the first snowflake.
Throwback Thursday
As I sit waiting to board the ✈️ to visit my family, (my nephew turns one 🎂🎉) I’m thinking about a conversation I just had on the bus to the airport. A vibrant 71-year-old woman who’s headed to Paris )to say I’m jealous in an understatement) shared with me that she’s noticed changes in her feet and that she can’t stand on one leg the way she used to. She wasn’t worried.She was aware. And that matters. When we both get back I’m going to be helping her more. Balance, strength, and stability don’t disappear overnight they shift slowly. Often, the feet are the first place those changes show up. ✨ The body gives us information long before it gives us pain. ✨ Awareness is wellness. Noticing is powerful — it opens the door to movement, support, and prevention. So inquiring minds want to know! Have you noticed any changes in your balance or stability over the years? No judgment. Just awareness. 👣💛
