Unhappy customer
I am at a loss as to how to handle this. I sold a large framed print. My first frame sale. The review came in as 3* and the customer's comment was ........"£159 for a cheap £10 frame and a piece of paper not as described"....... So my question is, how do you handle bad reviews? has this happened to your shop? and how did you respond to the customer?

I was on here looking for other peoples views on the frames. I have just received my framed test print before I launch and the frame quality is not as good as expected. It is quite flimsy to be honest and the hanging fittings do not feel very strong. The picture was also not centred, my images have borders so this was noticeable, I rectified this when I repositioned the picture in the frame. The paper and print quality is good and it was very well packaged. I am not yet sure if I want to sell prints with these frames which I am bit gutted about as the website is so easy to use and I like the company vibe. I will order a framed print from another POD to compare before making a decision.

@Mihai Volintiriu Thank you appreciate it, I will avoid Gelato. Maybe my expectations are just too high. The print does look lovely on my wall
