When working with new clients, I try to focus on just one or two features based on their needs. The platform is so powerful that's easy to feel overwhelmed. The CRM; funnels and automations are my favorite features. But for our clients, we should focus on the end results, like reactivating their dead leads; or getting their phones answered.

Software Competition?
I've noticed a lot of new tools/software come out recently where people can build their own AI chatbot agents and voice agents. So if a potential client brings up one of these platforms that they can do themselves, what would be a good thing to say to show my value and get the sale?

And for most clients they are not super techy, so if they have a 3rd party chatbot, it's one more thing for them to integrate, and troubleshoot.
