REPLAY - Self-sabotage and awareness with Ben
We had quite a few light bulb moments during this session, and it was full of surprises. Here is the raw, uncut version of our conversation. I am excited to let you know that Ben Grant Mitchell (Freedom from self-sabotage coach) will be joining us live on Tuesday, 16th June at 3:30 pm AEST (Brisbane time). Our topic will be self sabotage and not being happy with our own body. Please save the date if you'd like to join us live. The access link is below. Ben is also the author of a book "Your Word Is Law" and the creator of Your Empowered Path, a community focused on healing frequency hypnotherapy, subconscious transformation, confidence, creativity, abundance, health, relationships, and personal growth. What I find particularly fascinating about Ben's work is his approach to mindset. He combines affirmations, hypnotherapy, binaural beats, and healing frequencies into a daily practice designed to help create lasting change from the inside out. Ben also has a background in acting and music, which really shines through in the quality and depth of his audio experiences. During our conversation, I'll be picking Ben's brain on all things mindset, healing, self-talk, subconscious patterns, and how the words we repeat can influence the way we experience life. What Do you Want To Know About Liver Health
So we are here to co-create. I am starting to put together a module about liver health and how it practically relates to your health and what you can do to help yourself. It needs to serve you meaning help you not stress you out so I need your input. Have a read through some of the questions and let me know what you think: - have you ever actually tried to support your liver health before? What did you do and how did it go? - what are the questions in your head that bother you or make you worried in regards to liver? - what kind of tips would you like to hear? - when it comes to learning about your health, what actually works for you - short videos you can watch while making dinner, a simple one-page cheat sheet on the fridge, a meal plan to follow, or something else? - What do you need to know about liver - hormone connection, food and eating, herbs and teas, daily habits and lifestyle, reducing toxins at home, mindset around health. Anything else you want to say ? AND A BIG QUESTION: What would make you think yes, this is exactly what I needed? I am one big ear and listening/reading.

I honestly don’t give my liver much thought at all 🫤 I drink plenty of water (most days) and generally don’t drink alcohol so just presume it’s happy 😜 Hmmm i think short videos with something to refer back to works best for me I really don’t know much about liver aside from the basics - do I really need to pay attention to it if I’m feeling fine? What would preventative liver health look like … and why should it be on my radar?

We will put together something that is effortless, simple and usable every time you need to reset your mind. SO we need your little input. The Instant Reaction When you slip up on a habit or eat something outside of your "plan," what is the very first thought that pops into your head? (e.g., "I already blew it, might as well keep eating," "I have no willpower," "I have to start over Monday."-- Use your own words here and be as specific as you can. 2. The Body Check-In When you feel like you aren't doing your health routine "perfectly," where do you feel that stress or tightness in your body? (e.g., a knot in your stomach, a tight chest, heavy shoulders?) 3. The Main Emotion What is the biggest feeling that hits you in those moments? (e.g., Guilt, shame, frustration, or fear of losing control?- something else?) 4. The Critic's Favorite Phrase If your inner health critic had one favourite phrase it tells you when you aren't being perfect, what would it be?
