Introduced a new postcard marketing system targeting businesses without websites, using QR codes and follow-up calls. Emphasized positioning services around savings and ROI rather than cost. Introduced a calculator tool to demonstrate financial benefits to prospects. Discussed partnership opportunities and new niches such as health, wellness, and relationship coaching. Addressed trust concerns around free website offers, explaining three key reasons: faster build times, potential reviews, and future upsell opportunities. Encouraged active participation and feedback from team members. Next Steps (Nick) Implement and test the postcard campaign, including tracking and follow-up systems. I need OPINIONS! Read and comment...
PLEASE comment. Do any of you think that when we tell people the website is free, they don't believe you? OR... since it's 100% free they don't give it any value. "Ah, it must be crap, there must be a catch"? We will talk more tomorrow, in the meeting, but I am considering a few things. -Charge a minimal amount for the website. Like "Home of the $39 website". (this could pay for marketing) -Give it free if they get any service from us. "We'll build you a beautiful new website if you use us for ANY type of marketing service". Then we sell them something inexpensive first... the $97 review program, social media, ai voice only, even the autoresponder or website leads. This gets a commitment as well. -Do the "free if you buy something from us", then if they show interest and say no, follow up with "ok, I talked to my boss and if you just want the website, we can do it for $39". Thoughts? Something else?

Love the idea of giving it free if they get any service. This sounds a win-win deal, and there is something we can add to make this offer irresistible. Thinking here...

How about we will frame it this way, "This is not just another boring free website. This is your 24/7 lead‑generation machine?" Then, list it on business directories like Yelp.

Someone asked me if I thought our package was too complicated... if I was offering too much. AI Voice, AI widget, reviews/reputation, leads, email automations... My answer? "I don't think so... but maybe I'm wrong?". I am in the AI business. It doesn't "feel" like too much because I understand it all, and they all kind of go together. Don't they? What do YOU think? You are talking to people, messaging people... do you ever get this thought? PLEASE post it below, and we'll discuss Tuesday.

No to me because none of them is replying yet lol. To an extent, this someone prefers us to simplify our offers. Or, maybe, this someone gets confused or overwhelmed as what to prioritize more between AI Voice, AI widget, reviews, leads or email automation. To avoid confusion on their part, we can categorize each service accordingly (which is closer to sales). Correct me if I am wrong, Nick, but it looks like leads and email automation are for client acquisition. These are the foundation of our brand. Next, when a contractor and a company are satisfied with our ability to finding clients, this is seemingly the right timing to strengthen their online identity through reviews. Our GiGi is closest to sales but before it is beneficial to them, they need to establish a stable list of leads, prospects and clients on their own (with our help through acquisition). GiGi helps them manage emergency calls they fail to answer.

I want to remind everyone that I don't (yet) automatically build the AI demo platform for everyone. As most know, I just finished building that entire demo system last week, and in the mtg. on Tuesday, I reminded people to request I build one if they want to use it. So, if you are ready to start building and sending demos, please let me know and I'll build you one. (eventually it'll be automatic) I also have not yet created the training/script explaining what to include in the video that we will send with the custom AI demo. It will only be a 3-4 minute video. Ideally, to coincide with the new sales process I introduced at the meeting this past Tuesday, we do one of the following: 1- Offer a lead magnet. (free website, free reviews, etc) 2- Deliver the lead magnet, share it, then a few days later send a short video: "I'm glad we were able to help, btw, I think we could help you quit a bit more by (whatever we suggest). I built you a custom AI for your business, here is the link, go play with it a little". (this can be done through dm's/email I guess, but a short video is much more personal) 3- Follow up and get their thoughts, or send them a message directing them to our 3-video sales process. (VSL) 4- Follow up as needed... OR 1- Skip the lead magnet and reach out immediately with the short custom video introducing yourself and the custom AI for them to try. Others have had HUGE successes doing it this way) 2- Follow up and either offer a lead magnet at this point, OR send them to the 3-video sales sequence. The 3 -video sales sequence steps them through all about our offer. The how, why, who, when. Some will watch them and go and buy, others will watch them and setup a chat with me, others will not watch them at all and disappear, lol... or even watch them and disappear. We'll follow up with another lead magnet a few days later, etc.. I wrote, scripted, and recorded the 3-video sequence yesterday, and will change the website and funnel sequence today to reflect this, the new offer, and the new sequence. (hopefully I can get it all done today)

I recorded the video teaching how to create a custom voice AI to give to a potential customer.
