Prostate Supplements Revealed - what works and what doesn't
Prostate supplements are everywhere right now. It seems like there is a new "Miracle" prostate formula every time you look at the internet. They are probably on TV as well, but I have not seen them. They seem expensive, but then again, what price for peace of mind and relief from prostate symptoms? Almost anything if you ask a man who suffers, or the woman who is trying to sleep next to him. The majority of the supplement formulas rely on similar basic ingredients. Ingredients that you can buy and take yourself. You do not need to purchase the expensive formula. The reality is that there are many supplements that can help the prostate and I have listed the most common ones in the Quick Guide to Prostate Supplements. It is available on my skool page and is completely free along with other quick guides about the prostate. The free guide covers all the main prostate supplements and is backed up with studies done on these supplements - so you know if it works or not and for who. Please check out the skool page and download yours today. https://www.skool.com/prostate-paladin-4886/classroom
Prostate Supplements Revealed - what works and what doesn't

@Alex Beviss This is actually really well put together and the content is solid, you can tell a lot of effort has gone into it. One thing I’ve noticed though is that with communities like this, the hardest part usually isn’t content, it’s getting members to actually engage and respond instead of just reading and leaving. I’ve seen a few ways communities fix that by building simple engagement loops so people feel part of the conversation instead of just consuming. Curious, are you currently focusing more on getting new members in or trying to activate the ones already here?

@Alex Beviss I honestly think the topic itself is valuable, it’s just one of those things people usually ignore until it affects them or someone close to them personally. The way you explain things in simple language is actually a strong advantage because most medical spaces sound too technical and cold. Over time I think the right audience will connect with that more.
Welcome to Prostate Paladin — You Are in the Right Place šŸ’™
Hey, welcome — really glad you are here. My name is Alex. Sixteen years ago a friend pulled me aside in an airport and told me I had a prostate problem I didn't even know about. I went home, opened a browser, and found almost nothing useful — some medical jargon, a few scary headlines, and no one talking to regular people in plain language about what any of it meant. So I started building the thing I couldn't find. Prostate Paladin exists because prostate health affects every man — and the people around him — and yet it is one of the least talked about topics in most families. The men won't bring it up. The families don't know how to start the conversation. And the internet is so full of noise it is hard to know what to pay attention to. That ends here. Here is what you will find in this community: Prostate Basics — clear, plain-language information about what the prostate is, what can go wrong, and what is normal at every age. The Conversation Corner — practical help for partners, children and families who want to start the conversation but aren't sure how. Symptoms, Tests & Diagnosis — what the tests mean, what the results tell you, and what questions to ask the doctor Treatment Options & Real Stories — what is available, what others have experienced, and how to move forward with confidence. Before you do anything else — grab your free copy of the Quick Family Guide to the Prostate. It covers the basics, includes the IPSS symptom test, and has a doctor checklist you can print and take to the next appointment. It is a good place to start. Follow this up with the other guides - to the DRE and the Signs Families Miss. The Guides are in the Classrtoom Tab at the top of this page - They are all Free One thing I want you to know: you are probably here because someone in your life has a prostate issue — and they are not talking about it. That is one of the most common situations in this community. You are not alone, and you are not overstepping by wanting to know more.

@Alex Beviss Really well structured intro, it makes everything very easy to understand and you can tell a lot of thought went into it. I think a lot of people probably read this and relate but just stay quiet in the background. Have you noticed if certain posts get more people to actually comment or is it mostly silent readers so far?

@Alex Beviss I honestly think the consistency will pay off over time because this is one of those topics people quietly search about but rarely feel comfortable discussing openly at first. The way you’re breaking things down in plain language probably helps more people than you even realize.
