POLL!!!!
Hello members! The community is slowly but steadily growing but engagement has never been a strong part of it. I’m wondering what you guys want from the community and what captivated you in the first place, so that I can make things as great as they can be for all of you and help drive the value higher. PLEASE don’t be afraid to give your opinion, it can and WILL shape development for the community as a whole.

Thinker versus Doer
I have been on self improvement for a few years now. A valuable lesson that I have learned is that there are two kinds of people. There is the thinker and there is the doer. As much as I love to talk with my friends about philosophy and improving myself and coming to realizations or resolutions, the only way to go forward that I have found is to do. That isn’t to say that philosophizing and conversing upon self improvement itself isn’t valuable. I simply mean that self improvement is ultimately action. The actions of working out, building something, talking to people. The lack of action by not looking at social media, drinking, video games. And the state of being uncomfortable which is where the growth is. I would say that to anyone here, talking is great for inspiration, but to apply it is where the growth happens.

100% agree. It’s easy for anyone of us to get stuck in the thinking phase because we aren’t looking for actions, we’re looking for answers. Although the mistake isn’t in looking for answers, but not knowing how they relate to action. But you can shift the entire frame by first looking for an end result, the action necessary, and then finding the problems you need to solve. Once you actually have a goal in mind and the questions you need to answer to get there, you can look for answers. Otherwise, it puts you in decision paralysis. Good post bro.
The Creating Fitness Programs Course is being deprecated.
This course is going to be free until further notice. Its development will halt indefinitely for the sake of other more topically relevant content. Thankyou! NOTE: This doesnt mean that the course production will never return, but the community is focused on meta skills, and i need to make that promise a reality.

“Greatness”

Pretty ominous statement right there but I agree. Everyone has their own “mission” and if you don’t, you’re relatively lost. Can anyone without a purpose or direction in life be truly great? Maybe, but the greatest people have that direction in life. And we define “great” through comparison with others instead of ourselves. This is a side grade of human nature, in my eyes, but in any case such is the way of the world.
Why is the community development so slow?
Hey all, just a brief check in. I appreciate every single soul in this community, and I promise the value is coming. As some of you may have noticed the courses and community is a bit empty right now. Unfortunately a recent personal happening has put progress to a crawl; I broke my ankle and went down with the flu. Because I am the sole person developing this community, being in such a poor condition means that the community cannot grow as fast as I’d like. HOWEVER, THANKYOU ALL, for being here even when it’s growing slowly and value isn’t concrete. The development of the community is NOT DONE and I’m NOT QUITTING! I just need your bottomless patience to serve me once more. Thank you again everyone.
