Full Moon - Reflection Before Forward Motion
The Full Moon occurs this Wednesday, April 1st (yes… also April Fool’s Day 🙂), with its effects commonly felt a few days before and after. A full moon happens when the Moon is opposite the Sun, fully illuminated from Earth’s perspective. This phase is often associated with increased visibility, reflection, and evaluation - both symbolically and behaviorally. This particular full moon leans into themes of balance and awareness - how we show up not just individually, but within partnerships, teams, and everyday interactions. This period can highlight: - Balance between personal needs and shared responsibilities - Dynamics within professional and personal relationships - Awareness of how individual actions impact others There is also a widely shared observation - particularly among medical professionals, first responders, and those in high-demand roles - that activity levels, behaviors, or intensity of emotions can increase around the full moon. (We as humans are after all 65% water, and if the full moon has an effect on the tides of the ocean, chances are high it has an effect on the human body and emotions too right?!? :) Question: If patterns in behavior, mood, or activity consistently appear around natural cycles - whether lunar or otherwise - do you view that as coincidence, environmental influence, or something not yet fully understood? I love a good intellectual convo (and we can throw in some woo-woo too if interested!)

Is there Power in Lies? ✨
We discussed this in our Podcast last week on Courage, and I was hoping we could dive deeper into it with this group since everyone here has such Powerful insight. 🙏🏻 Is the Truth worth total dedication, or can we find Power in the Lies we tell ourselves? Let us know your thoughts below, this is definitely a deep one ⬇️⬇️⬇️

I lied to myself for so long. It kept me stuck. The 'it'll be okay' - 'tomorrow will be different' - 'I will start soon'. Just a lot of small lies that everything was ok. Deep down i knew I was lying to myself. Once I got honest... things changed. Not always pretty and definitely not easy but the freedom it brings. Be honest woth yourself first then see it benefit others around us

Underpricing yourself often comes from uncertainty, not generosity. Do you think most people struggle more with confidence or direction?

Today, I am 4 Years Sober...
After battling Cancer at 18 years old, losing my leg, and very nearly my Life, I was broken... Or, at least, that was the Story I wrote for myself. I fell deeply into Alcoholism for a number of years to escape the Fear, the Darkness, the Demons that ran rampant through my Mind. I took my last drink on March 19th, 2022. Somewhere along the way, I learned I could never escape this Darkness, it had become a part of myself, and I simply had to let it go... It wasn't a vice I struggled to avoid, it was a negative Identity I had adopted, and I had to change my Self Image to move forward. ✨ What Identity Shift have you had to make to let go of that which did not serve you? ⬇️⬇️⬇️
