Let us be known for the way we love, give, and serve each other. When we love well, it reflects the love of Christ in the earth. Let us love in a way that doesn't expect anything in return. We should serve others in a way that shows that we love Christ. Love, genuine and unselfish love, should be the compass that guides the way we live and treat others.

I got three emails today. Three different companies. Same answer when I asked about communication skills development. We have resources for that. A PDF. An online module. Maybe a handbook. Handed out, then worked through on their own time. We wouldn’t expect a nurse to learn their skills from a PDF. We wouldn’t hand a tradie a manual and call it done. They need the reps. So does it feel right that human skills are suitable for a PDF?
