How to unlock level 2?
I have just finished the Start Here module but module 1 is locked. It looks like this is because I dont have enough points. It says I need 5 points to level up. I thought I got points by writing posts and liking and commenting on other peoples posts - which I have done - but it seems that I still have 0 points. Can anyone help? Not sure what I need to do to be able to continue. Thanks

Structure for every session?
I've just watched The Solid Session Structure video which outlines the structure for every session. How do we retrain the belief in every session? Or is this the structure across multiple calls? Thanks for any clarification,

Why I'm writing "I take responsibility..." rather than just typing it
I take responsibility for everything in my life - Day 1. I am also going to write it out by hand. I read something the other day - when you write by hand you have to form the different letters and it lights up different areas of the brain. Typing is the same action each time, pressing on a key, and it only lights up 1 area of the brain. 1 of the reasons why writing by hand helps you learn more / take in info better than typing

@Christopher Trumble I think retaining more by writing - just one problem as i hardly write by hand these days, my writing is becoming increasingly illegible!! How about you? Are you finding you are retaining more?
