@Samantha Vallone my biggest successes were all the food I was able to harvest and freeze, having things for the first time like swiss chard and lemon thyme, the spontaneity of planning meals based on whats growing in my garden, trying new recipes, having a cool new hobby with my hubby, and getting giddy when I am in the plant section of a store. My biggest challenge is not enough time, I work full time in Warwick and it really gets in the way.
