Before you build your first AI agent, ask yourself: - Is the workflow clear? - Is the data clean? - Do you actually know what “done” looks like? If the answer is no, AI won’t help. It will just create more work, faster. AI is not a shortcut. It’s a multiplier. And if you’re multiplying dysfunction, don’t be surprised when nothing works. Clean up your ops first. Then build your agents.

Things are expanding so quickly I wonder if the GHL platform is already antiquated and irrelevant. Please share your experiences/suggestions with me. I don't mind spending money for effective tools and apps but I am ignorant about which ones are just affiliate marketing mills.
