The $1M Ad Budget is officially dead. 🔴🐂
Let's talk about the single biggest deflationary event in advertising history. In 2023, this 3D-animated commercial would have cost $150,000. It needed 12 animators, a render farm, and 3 months. I built it on my laptop in one afternoon. Cost: $0. For decades, small brands lost to giants not because their product was worse, but because they couldn't afford "Pixar-level" storytelling. They were stuck with static posts while competitors bought Super Bowl slots. That era is over. The "Creative Gap" is closing. The Generative Video market is heading to $2.5 Billion, but the real value isn't the market size—it's the Democratization of Narrative. Old World: You need a massive budget to have a brand voice. New World: You need a better prompt chain. The key most people miss? Character Consistency. In this video, the 'Old Man' and the 'Kid' are identical across 3 different 3D environments (Park, Gaming Room, Skatepark). Most people generate random clips. The winners are building cinematic universes. I documented the entire workflow—prompts, tools, and the exact fix for character consistency. Want the step-by-step guide? 1. Like this post. 2. Comment your email ID (so I can send you the PDF). I'll send you the complete breakdown for free. #GenerativeAI #VideoMarketing #ContentCreation #AI #Advertising #Marketing #Tech #Startup #Future

Finally solved the "delegation headache" with n8n? (Need feedback)
Hey guys, quick question for the agency owners here. For the lat 3 years, my partner and I have been working with ai automation and running an automation agency for a year. We love n8n, but we hit a massive wall: Handing off workflows to non-technical clients or VAs is a nightmare. If the client touches one node, the whole workflow breaks. We got tired of fixing broken scenarios at 2 AM. So, we decided to build our own internal tool (Project Aesora) which is more simpler than n8n. Basically, it allows a non-tech person to connect credentials and run complex automations with 1 click, without ever seeing the messy node graph. We are currently testing it internally, but I’m looking for a few experienced agency owners to roast it. I don't want to sell it yet, I just want to know if this solves a real problem for you guys. If I gave you access to break it and test it out, would you be interested? Let me know in the comments and I'll send over the details.Only serious people ,no spam..
Most voice agents fail because of one invisible mistake.
I've been building and testing voice agents lately. 90% still sounded like robots having a stroke. The problem wasn't the technology. It was the 3-sentence prompt someone threw together in 5 minutes. Here's what I learned: Your voice agent is only as good as its brain. And that brain? It's your prompt. I've seen $5K voice systems ruined by prompts that sound like: "You are a helpful assistant. Be professional. Answer questions." Meanwhile, I've seen $500 setups that feel completely human because someone spent 2 hours crafting the right personality framework. The difference between awkward and amazing isn't your tech stack. It's understanding how to make AI think like a human in conversation. Through extensive testing, I documented every pattern that works. The frameworks that turn robotic responses into natural dialogue. The specific phrases that kill awkwardness. The psychological triggers that make people forget they're talking to AI. I put together a complete guide that breaks down: – What to say (and what not to) – How to make agents sound human – Real mistakes I see all the time – A clear structure you can reuse Here's the doc- https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NtrCr2otEf7kVBJ86tF8B9P0fT-5wT_sxtJSTk8mtqw/edit?usp=drivesdk If you have any queries feel free to DM me.....

@Andy Mackie you're correct Andy... For your 1st question it's yes... it'll pass message to someone of my team and they'll definitely get back quickly... it's the same principal I'm using with my WhatsApp chatbot as well..if someone ask me any question that the bot doesn't know it will send me a notification to take the chat myself... And for 2nd point I'll keep that in mind and make the updated version...and Thanks for pointing this out...🙏🙏

One universal prompt for any product in any field — fully adaptive and cinematic.
Use it with ChatGPT, Nano-Banana, or SeeDream V4. Just replace [product_image], [product_name], and [brand_colors] in the JSON. { "product_name": "[PRODUCT_NAME]", "product_image": "[IMAGE_URL_OR_UPLOAD_ID]", "brand_colors": ["[COLOR1]", "[COLOR2]"], "style": { "realism": "ultra_realistic", "resolution": "8K", "hdr": true, "aspect_ratio": "1:1", "depth_of_field": "shallow", "camera": { "lens": "35mm prime", "shot": "hero close three-quarters", "angle": "slightly_above_eye_level", "movement": "subtle_dolly_in" } }, "environment": { "background_mode": "auto_minimal_contextual", "surface": "clean_reflective", "weather": "none", "extras": [] }, "lighting": { "mode": "adaptive_magic", "primary_key": "soft_key_high_kelvin_for_highlights", "rim": "neon_kicker_if_metallic_else_soft_rim", "fill": "soft_diffused", "accents": [ "specular_highlights_on_brand_edges", "micro_glow_on_signature_detail" ] }, "magic_touch": { "type": "contextual", "rules": [ "if glass_or_liquid -> faint_particles + condensation + gentle_glow", "if fabric_or_leather -> soft_gradient_aura + fiber_sheen", "if metal_or_chrome -> neon_rim + star_bloom", "if tech_or_gadgets -> subtle_holographic_reflection", "if food -> warm_steam + appetizing_oil_sheen" ], "intensity": "medium", "keep_it_classy": true }, "composition": { "framing": "centered_product_dominant", "negative_space": "balanced", "reflections": "subtle_true_reflection", "shadows": "grounded_soft_hard_mix", "no_text_overlays": true, "no_extra_props": true }, "output": { "num_images": 1, "seed": "auto", "consistency_note": "match lighting and background mood to product material and brand_colors" }, "prompt": "“[PRODUCT_NAME] — ultra-realistic hero shot of the actual product from [IMAGE_URL_OR_UPLOAD_ID], centered on a clean reflective surface with adaptive, cinematic lighting. Background is minimal and context-aware to the product category. Use [COLOR1] and [COLOR2] as subtle accents only. Sharp micro-details, natural textures, correct material response (specular/roughness), soft DOF. Add a tasteful ‘magic touch’ that suits the material: glass→micro particles & condensation; metal→neon rim & star bloom; fabric/leather→soft gradient aura & fiber sheen; tech→subtle holographic reflection; food→warm steam & appetizing sheen. Maintain high realism, no text, no logos added, no extra props. 8K, HDR, clean composition, balanced negative space.”"
