Looks like I missed a few days of posting workouts…
In a CrossFit class they’d for sure penalize me with burpees for each day of lateness. But I’m not sure what online equivalent is 😂😂 let me know if you have any ideas

Checking in from 🥶 northern IL. No exciting travel this week so home gym it is. Usually hotel gym on the road or find some nature to run in. Gonna crush this #doanywhereworkout
