I've been a single dad for the past 4 years. My kid has just turned 6. I'm turning 45 this year. I'm overweight, overstressed, and with no time to go to a gym to work out for hours on end. I need creative ways to better myself physically and mentally. I want to be fit so I can spend quality time with my kid. I want her to have a better youth than I did, and I want to be a better dad than what I had. But I don't know where to start. I don't know how to do an L-sit, or a muscle up, or a planche, or any of the wild skills. I can do 30 push-ups in a row, but that's meaningless because I can barely achieve 1 pull-up. So... yeah. My starting point is very much a starting point.
