🧗 Day 10
1. GOAL (Pathway Focus) I was able to finish my About page video that explains the community. It turned out to be a bit longer than I would have liked, but I think it turned out okay. I will refine it and make it better in the future. My on going goal now will be to start really focusing on the classroom and getting all of the courses built. I will have lots of recording to do. My other on going goal that will be something I hope to achieve in the shorter term is being more engaged with the community. I want to keep my inbox open to anyone that would like to talk. This is a safe place to express your goals or seek some support on any situation. Post what you feel comfortable posting and lets show each other some support! Let me know how I can best help. 2. WHY IT MATTERS (Agency Focus) These goals are both important to me because I want to put my passion/skills to use. I want to be able to help as many people as we can. We all need someone that is there cheering for us or willing to listen. I would love to be that person for anyone that needs it and to build a community full of other people whom will share support with each other. All goals are welcome! Lets get some goals started so we can start putting the community to work! The year isn't over yet, lets all start making some steps toward those New Years Resolutions! 3. CURRENT STATUS (Reality Check) I am happy with my progress but will need to be more intentional with setting time aside. My goal is to start by sitting aside 1-2 hours a day for Skool to be spent responding and getting a few more things off my checklist for the community! 4. ACTION PLAN (Steps / Pathways) 1) start making the outline for the next course. 2) Work on making my courses more fun (gifs, graphics, etc). 3) Figure out the best way to share my Canva presentations and start working on more recordings. 5. ACCOUNTABILITY ASK (Community Engagement) My ask would be to check in if you ever see a daily post missed! Hold me accountable and keep me motivated! I will do the same, just share some goals and we can all start supporting each other ❤️

🧗Day 1
GOAL Create a purpose-driven community that restores hope, builds motivation, and helps members take measurable action toward their goals through mutual accountability and support. PURPOSE This category exists to track progress, maintain transparency, and document my personal journey as I grow this community. With 10+ years in Social Work and a background in Education, my mission is to use real-world experience to help others turn goals into action. TODAY’S UPDATE: 1. Refocusing My Vision chose to close The Horror Review community to redirect my time and energy toward a clearer mission—helping people overcome barriers and pursue personal growth. My expertise includes trauma, addiction, homelessness, parenting, mental health, and goal achievement. Mission: Build Hope to Action as a supportive, safe space where accountability, motivation, and structured pathways replace uncertainty and inaction. 2. Building an Online Presence: Launched a Hope to Action YouTube channel to share motivational content and promote the community. Future plans: expand to TikTok, Substack, and Facebook. 3. Developing the Community: Currently refining structure, coursework, and resources before full public launch. Goal: ensure every member gain value, clarity, and support. 4. Community Model & Cost: This group will always remain FREE to join/support others. There will be higher tier memberships for those whom would like to support the community's growth and gain access to all of the courses and access to 1 on 1 sessions with an experienced MSW. 5. Access & Commitment Options will always consider free access for individuals who show serious commitment, contribute actively, and support others. My goal is to work with YOU. My heart is in this and I want to do all I can to improve the lives of as many people as I can while creating an environment where people are supporting each other! PATHWAY (Next Steps) - Develop community curriculum and onboarding materials - Produce initial YouTube content - Schedule weekly live group sessions - Allocate daily focus hours for creation and community engagement - Recruit additional professionals as membership grows

@Darrel Dees I love this idea to document everything! Very cool. The reflections at the end were a nice touch too! You are doing great. Stick with this one!
Hope to Action Accountability Post Template
Feel free to post how you are most comfortable with, but I will include an evidenced based template below. This part of the community is for helping hold each other accountable. Using this format is just an example. This lets us say when we wish to be tagged as a reminder. You can provide the update right here or post your update in Wins or both. Lets be supportive and encouraging! 1. GOAL (Pathway Focus) State your specific, measurable goal for this week. Example: “Finish Lesson 3 of the Hope Course and film my first short reflection video.” 2. WHY IT MATTERS (Agency Focus) Explain why this goal is important to you and what drives your motivation. Example: “I want to build consistency and confidence in showing up publicly for my mission.” 3. CURRENT STATUS (Reality Check)Briefly share what progress you’ve made so far and what’s standing in your way. Example: “I’ve outlined my script but keep delaying recording due to perfectionism.” 4. ACTION PLAN (Steps / Pathways) List 1–3 clear steps you’ll take before your next check-in. Example: “1) Record draft by Wednesday; 2) Post for feedback; 3) Edit final by Sunday.” 5. ACCOUNTABILITY ASK (Community Engagement) Say how others can help—feedback, check-ins, or reminders. Example: “Tag me if I don’t post progress by Saturday.” 6. REFLECTION (End of Week) Return to the post to update your outcome. Be honest—progress or not. Example: “I completed 2 of 3 steps. Recording felt easier after community encouragement.”

I love this format! I will have to think of one. Right now I mostly just want to stay positive. Going through a bit right now at work. Mostly just some office drama. I know you can understand lol.
Win of the Day!
I have shared this in other parts of the community, but my win for this week would be seeing communities come together to help support each other during these uncertain times. The government shutdown is affecting many, so it was heartwarming to see people come together and support each other!

All of this stuff happening is sad. I know the loss of food stamps and child substitutes is hurting a lot of people.
