Hope to Action Accountability Post Template
Feel free to post how you are most comfortable with, but I will include an evidenced based template below. This part of the community is for helping hold each other accountable. Using this format is just an example. This lets us say when we wish to be tagged as a reminder. You can provide the update right here or post your update in Wins or both. Lets be supportive and encouraging!
1. GOAL (Pathway Focus) State your specific, measurable goal for this week. Example: “Finish Lesson 3 of the Hope Course and film my first short reflection video.”
2. WHY IT MATTERS (Agency Focus) Explain why this goal is important to you and what drives your motivation. Example: “I want to build consistency and confidence in showing up publicly for my mission.”
3. CURRENT STATUS (Reality Check)Briefly share what progress you’ve made so far and what’s standing in your way. Example: “I’ve outlined my script but keep delaying recording due to perfectionism.”
4. ACTION PLAN (Steps / Pathways) List 1–3 clear steps you’ll take before your next check-in. Example: “1) Record draft by Wednesday; 2) Post for feedback; 3) Edit final by Sunday.”
5. ACCOUNTABILITY ASK (Community Engagement) Say how others can help—feedback, check-ins, or reminders. Example: “Tag me if I don’t post progress by Saturday.”
6. REFLECTION (End of Week) Return to the post to update your outcome. Be honest—progress or not. Example: “I completed 2 of 3 steps. Recording felt easier after community encouragement.”
