I downloaded a Sub2 agreement and assignment and chatgpt added some stuff it says it fixed I am going to upload it and I would appreciate it if someone would take a look and give me their opinion

I need a subtgo agreement, anyone can share or point in the right direction were I can get free

I’ve been using propwire, Zillow and this loan app called backflip which has deal analyzer tools. The problem is even when all those things I still often can’t find comps. So I guess that’s it for the free sources. What paid software is the best to comp. Or is there some free alternative that I haven’t considered?

Maybe it’s because I’m in California, but they will not deal with anyone that investor. That’s the vibe I’ve been getting today.. maybe it’s just because it’s California. I don’t know but I guess the question of course is should I just go off market? I was trying to go on market and realtors are not even talking to people right now. It’s difficult to get them on the phone. They don’t they get offended like it their personal money.. it’s really weird. Refusal to bring a legitimate offer to their seller even if they feel like not to be good. It’s ultimately up to the seller. Not the agent. Specially this particular seller house is gonna go up for option soon.. looks to me like someone’s gonna lose their house because their agent sucks
