Tour Feedback
Here's an early tour, currently on MLS. Used Theta Z1, single image with basic processing and Mavic 3 jpeg's stitched via PanoramaStudio 4 Pro. Floor plan by Cubicasa. Nicely done! As a former Realtor I would be very proud to show that tour to my client! Including the photos with the burners on and the faucet closeup is a great touch. One small suggestion: The range looks like a chef's range. Could you have provided any info about the range (brand, call it a "Chef's Range", etc.)? That should be a very effective tour for your client.

Is it me, or is CloudPano labor intensive?
Hello All, I'm a new user and love how quick it is to capture a tour. I also love the quality and functionality of the tours. However, I'm finding the post production process very labor intensive. My only point of reference are Zillow and Matterport tours. For both I capture the tour via an app that auto imports all the files and places them in the tour. In CloudPano, I've got to capture via the Theta app, import the media from the camera, process it, edit it, upload it, rename it, verify & adjust north points as needed, link hotspots, adjust the linkback locations (which are rarely in the right spot), add my floor plan, connect links to the floor plan, etc. Yes, I'm new and getting up to speed, but all of that doesn't even take into account stitching and editing photos. Bottom line - I'm questioning how this is financially feasible for my business or my residential real estate clients. Anyone have any insight as to how they are addressing these issues? Thanks!

One comment on the financial side: If you have just a few tours live online, it is one thing. But if you you 50+ tours live, the saving on hosting is substantial. As to the workflow, some steps can be more automated through presets in Lightroom, etc. saving time. I used the Theta and was able to process the images for one property in about 15 minutes - one minute per photo. You can also outsource processing for a minimal cost if you wish. The other aspect as to why I don't like Matterport is control - I have complete control over how the images are processed and how the tour is created. That alone is why I chose not to use Matterport. My RE clients vastly prefer my tours over Matterport.

I dud tours as a Realtor so added all the niceties as a value-add. The tours were part of our listing proposal along with our other marketing efforts. Now that I am considering tours as a business I am strongly considering upgrade options.
