Push Day
Added Weighted Push Upd and Pscuedo Planche Push Ups at the end for reps as many as possible. Did lots of lateral raises for high reps as well.

@George Santos I'm trying to get stronger and increase my reps with calisthenics. Get Prison Level Conditioning.

@George Santos Yeah but It's a bit difficult at the moment I kind of only do stretching or I. This case split training during the weekend every now and then like adding ankle weights for stretches for my hip flexor in the morning. Although I don't do it as much as I should.
Im taking a break.
Hey guys, i realized that (or my mum realized) my end of year exams are coming up soon (in 1-3 months i think) so im gonna be taking a break from calasthenics although I will try to get my exersise in from other sports. These exams mean alot as they will be offering scholarships after them and well, lets just say my parents wouldnt be too happy if i wasnt at least close to getting one. of course, im sure i will find time to do calasthenics but if anyone has some quick training to do in gaps it would be much appreciated if you pop them in the comments below. Of course, i wont be tottally be disconeccting my self from this platform, I just won't be as active and be doing as much training as i usually do. anyways thats enough yap from me Peace out warriors!

Lead by example
My son has been heavily inspired by me doing pull ups at the park when he's playing he bars. Today while taking the metro he successfully completed three reps. This one wasn't the best, the next rep was pretty good. Yeah budday!

@Leandra Ruffner I didn't really practice how to fall often. I really practiced on balance I just can't hold it for some reason due to fear of falling.
