🎉 One Week In Small Wins, Big Motivation! 🚀
It's officially been one week since I started, and I'm excited about the progress so far! Over the past 7 days, I've: ✅ Improved my skills and workflow. ✅ Optimized my profile and services. ✅ Learned valuable strategies from this amazing community. ✅ Stayed consistent every single day. While I haven't reached my biggest goals yet, I'm proud of the progress I've made. Every day I'm getting closer to landing more clients and growing my freelance business. A huge thank you to everyone in this community for the advice, support, and motivation. Looking forward to sharing even bigger wins soon! Consistency beats perfection. One week down many more to go! 💪🔥 #Freelancing #SuccessJourney #Consistency #Skool #Growth #VideoEditing

As we head into the weekend, I wanted to give you all a bit of motivation. I've collected a bunch of wins over the last few weeks from inside the Accelerator to inspire you all to keep on pushing: - Chris Watson: Has grown his agency from an early prototype to $110,000 in sales within six months, plus another $50,000 in grants and wins. - David Ortiz: Has generate $45,000+ in AI projects within just over two months of joining and focusing on AIOS. - Jordan Engstrom: Launched his AI automation agency and received his first-ever client payment. - Divyan & Jay: Went from two founders with an idea and zero clients to landing their first paid AI consulting audit with a local business. - Lukas Lanx: Grew from €5,000 in month one to €20,000 collected in month two, including €16,000 in monthly recurring revenue. - Dylan King: Secured his first paid AI client and collected an initial £1,200 payment. - Daniel Romero Vergara: Closed his first $15,000 client and built a further $140,000 sales pipeline within the following month. Use this as motivation going into this weekend. These are your two free days to bring your agency to life and start taking advantage of the AI wave. P.S. Claude Managed Agents Will Make Millionaires (do this now)
Most AI tools forget you the moment you close the tab. The version that doesn't is the one worth building a business around. With Claude Managed Agents, we are now able to have Claude Code running in the cloud. Same setup, same tools, same long sessions. You only pay when it's actually doing work. The model is finally always-on. The catch is that on its own, it still forgets everything once the session ends. The real unlock isn't the agents. It's giving them a brain. That's what I dig into in my latest video. With 1M context windows, you can build a system that learns for the model. Memory it updates over time. Documents and databases it reads and writes back to. And a "sleep cycle" — at the end of every day, it goes back through the conversation and updates everything it learned. Picture it like this: • Someone chats with the agent all day inside their workspace • At night, it goes to sleep • It re-reads the day, updates its notes, refreshes its memory • Next morning, it picks up right where you left off That's what makes this packageable. I've run two in-person masterminds now setting these up with founders, and every business I show it to lines up — pick a vertical, build the agent, wire in the memory loop, sell it as a super-assistant. Agency offer, SaaS, single-vertical product, whatever fits. Out of all the AI noise right now, this is the thing I'd actually go deep on. Watch it here → bit.ly/3PAzUGL

From Zero to a Thriving Skool Community
I started my community on Skool with no audience, no engagement, and no clear system. Instead of waiting for growth, I focused on three things: consistent value, simple structure, and real interaction. I showed up daily, shared helpful content, and supported every member who joined. Slowly, things changed. Members began engaging, conversations started growing, and the community turned into a place where people actually helped each other. Within a few months, it became an active, growing, and valuable space not just a group, but a real community. The biggest lesson? Build value first, and the growth will follow.

@Ali Muwwakkil Hi Ali, I appreciate that message. Quick question are you currently using a website + video funnel for your Skool community, or mainly organic engagement? Most communities I’ve worked with grow, but they quietly lose potential members daily because there’s no simple page + video guiding visitors to join. If you’re open, I can show you a quick idea tailored to your community that could help convert more of your traffic. Happy to share it here or on my partner Fiverr what works best for you? fiverr.com/ben_esther_
From Learning to Building Fast-Loading Websites for Real Clients
I started in the Skool community with one goal: learn a skill I could turn into income. At first, I was just learning the basics of web development. But instead of staying stuck in tutorials, I focused on one clear niche building fast-loading websites for small businesses. I kept things simple: practice daily, build real projects, and improve performance with every site. Soon, I started reaching out to small business owners and showing them how a faster website could improve their customer experience and sales. That’s when things changed. I landed my first client, then another. Each project made me better, faster, and more confident. Today, I’m not just learning I’m helping businesses grow with high-performance websites that actually convert. The biggest lesson: focus on one skill, stay consistent, and take action early.
